The ground‑floor servery includes a hot water dispenser, sink, fridge, crockery, cutlery, and serving hatches to the Foyer and Tudor Hall. The Main Kitchen provides full catering facilities, including an electric oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezers, and utensils.

Let us provide you with a bespoke quote: If you wish to hire several halls at once we are happy to accommodate you will a reduced customised rate.
The venue may only be used for the purpose stated on the booking form and only the area paid for may be used.
The Hirer shall not sub-hire the premises, or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
The Hirer (or their Authorized Representative, not being a person under 21 years of age), should be on the premises during the period of the booking.
The Management Committee has the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason.
All bookings are to be made through the CRM Hallmaster
Hallmaster is fully compliant with GDPR
It is the hirers responsibility to make their own bookings
Regular bookings are those that have a higher frequency than once a month i.e. 12+ bookings a year.
Such bookings will be invoiced on the last day of each month
Payment is through stripe
All regular bookings have a 4 week (1 full month ) termination clause
In the unlikely event that an account falls behind, we may not be able to guarantee your regular booking, and the space may need to be offered to another client.
We value open, honest communication and kindly ask all regular bookings to keep us informed of any changes to their circumstances so we can support you as best we can.
An adhoc booking is classified as a one off booking or a combination of bookings that collectively is less than one a month
All adhoc bookings require £100 refundable damage deposit
These bookings are payable with immediate effect
Payment is through stripe
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days post your event providing the facilities have been left in 'hire worthy' condition and no damage has been sustained.
Cancellations: We understand that cancellations may occasionally be unavoidable. However, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in 50% of the deposit being retained, as the space cannot be re‑hired at such short notice.
Weddings, Wakes and events within the church itself have a separate more comprehensive T & Cs
The Hirer will need to check if they need a Temporary Events Notice or an Alcohol License.
PRS is chargeable to all organisations that use copyright‑protected music in any form — including recorded music, live performances, classes, events, or background music — regardless of whether the organisation is commercial, charitable, or community‑based.
We are in the process of transitioning to a fully keyless facility to enhance security and streamline access to the venue. Entry will require an access code, which can be requested from our Operations Team.
We encourage all users to enjoy the space responsibly and to help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. We trust that hirers will share this ethos and leave the premises in a condition that is ready for the next booking.
In situations where the facilities are not left in an appropriate state, we may need to withhold part or all of the damage deposit. For regular hirers, repeated issues may affect future bookings. Our aim is always to work collaboratively and fairly, and we appreciate your support in caring for the building.
